CYBA01
Believe photo taken between 1915 and 1928. It has
"Gutierrez, Mexico DF" written on left corner. William D. King (my
grandfather) is third from left and my grandmother Lillian Nolan King is
standing next to him. King was an international lawyer and very involved in
Mexican politics from 1912 until his death in 1928. Man on far right may be
Gen. Arnulfo Gomez. King was friends with Alvaro Obregon, Elias Calles and
Ignacio Llano, all important men in Mexican politics in the early 1900's. King died
in a plane crash with two other men while trying to set up an air mail route
from Mexico to the U.S.
