Hurlbut families, do you know who this man was?

It is believed this could possibly be James Isaac Hurlbut. James was born in 1825 in Norwalk, Ohio. Photo #KRRH02 is definitely James and can be used for comparison. Our contributor’s cousin believes this is James however our contributor does not after reviewing the comparison photo.  Our contributor believes this could be his father, Henry Hurlbut. Positive identification would be appreciated.
