Fransta, Vasternorrland Sweden families, do you know me?

This is a picture of our contributor’s maternal grandfather`s biological father who he never knew, nor did he share the name if he had been told it by his mother. We are guessing the photo was taken at least a year prior to my grandfather`s birth which was March 1909. His birth registration states father unknown, mother Britta Mathilda Goransdotter, born in Fransta, Vasternorrland, Sweden. I`ve been trying to figure out what type of military uniform he is wearing and have reached out to a couple of the Swedish Ancestry pages, but nothing yet. It has occurred to me that my great-grandmother may have named my grandfather for his birth father, perhaps using it for his middle name but that is only a guess. If you know who this is, please contact us.
