Philadelphia Edler and Bumgardt families, do you know these men?

Philadelphia Edler and Bumgardt families, do you know these men?

JERA01
The back of the photo reads: Rodger's five great-great-uncles and all brothers. Edler was their name They fought in the Civil War and they all came out of it. It was taken in Philadelphia, PA at Broadbent Brothers, 1415 Chestnut Street. Their sister's name was Henrietta and this photo was in the possession of one of her grandsons - Rodger Gilbert. The person who wrote on the back got a little carried away with the greats! Our contributor believes their parents were Adolph Simon Edler and Louisa Henriette Bumgardt. There is a possible William or an Adolph?

Indianapolis and Columbus Indiana Families, do you know me?

Indianapolis and Columbus Indiana Families, do you know me?

GAEL01

This large picture (11 X 14) most likely is from the Indianapolis or Columbus, Indiana areas. This was bought by our contributor’s grandfather's 2nd wife ten to fifteen years ago or so at an auction or auction house because she liked the frame it was in. There is absolutely no identification on it except the back has a handwritten code, probably from the photographer "1-42819-4" which may or may not mean anything to a photography studio in that area. Our contributor does not want to throw the photo away but rather reunite it with her family.

Glatfelter family from Pennsylvania and Missouri, do you know us?

Glatfelter family from Pennsylvania and Missouri, do you know us?

PAHA01
This is a photograph of the Glatfelter family of Saint Louis, only the immediate family has been identified, in the back row: (from left of photo to right) Mary Glatfelter, Noah Miller Glatfelter, Lisbeth M. Glatfelter, Herbert Spencer Glatfelter, Grace Agnes Glatfelter (child in front of Herbert), Florence May Glatfelter, Edith Edna Glatfelter, Eva Ethel Glatfelter (child to the right of Edith), an unknown relative with umbrella, and Alice Maude Mary Glatfelter. All others are unknown. This was most likely taken in Saint Louis, as it was found in the Missouri History Museum, but Noah came to Missouri from around Lebanon, Pennsylvania, so it may have been taken there. If so, they should be other Glatfelter relatives, if not, then they could be acquaintances from Saint Louis.
